I am currently the administrator of a MS Windows 2000 Server utilizing
terminal services. When I attempt to reboot the computer, I receive a stop
error at shutdown - Kmode exception not handled 0x0000001E - with error codes
0xC0000005, 0x8046BE4B, 0x00000000, and 0x00000029. I have also been
troubleshooting shared printers from terminal services sessions for
particular users not being available. After investigation, it seems that the
printer spooler service stops - on its own, with no error codes. Can anyone
help me attempt to make sense of these? Any help is greatly appreciated.
